Live Tracking
Live tracking displays all your vehicle locations with their current status. The system updates every time a vehicle changes a direction or 300 meters in a straight line, so you see regular updates.
Icons and columns can be customised, showing you the most relevant information at a glance. You have the option to select and choose from a range of information headings and place them in the order best suited to you, therefor you only see what you what to see.

Detailed Journey Reports
Tracking data is displayed in an easy to read yet informative way.
At a glance you will be able to see the speed at each updated point, events such as harsh breaking and acceleration, moving or parked, the address at each point, default driver name if you have one assigned.
Each point logged will also show an icon on the map. If you select an event from the list, the map will also show the position of the vehicle for that point on the map along with the Google Street view if you have this selected.
Geofencing
Set up geofences and name them, on the reports it will show this name as a site name as well as the address. If you visit regular customers, you can clearly see the name rather than relying on just viewing the address.
Email alerts can be set up and sent when a vehicle enters or leaves a geofence area.
For example, this could be ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone), the congestion Zone or your own created geofences.
Vehicle Checklist
The Fleet Witness tracker software has the facility for you to set up a vehicle checklist for your drivers to carry out at any time.
There are 2 default checklists, however you have the option to edit these or create a new customised checklist.
The driver can carry these out from the Fleet Witness tracker app from their own smartphone. The driver can also make any comments and upload a photo.
Once completed and saved the fleet manager can check these at any time from the PC tracker software and can make comments.

Tracker & DVR Camera System
Do you need a fleet tracker and a vehicle camera system?
The Fleet Witness Live system allows you to have both on the same software/platform. See all your tracker fleet locations with the camera icon next to each registration number, click on the icon and view a live view from the cameras or any video recordings that remaining are on the hard drive. (Subject to monthly vehicle data allowance, full details on request).
Optional Driver ID
Driver ID records a driver name against all journeys made in any vehicle
How it works
Each Fob has its own unique code which is assigned to a driver name. When a driver switches a vehicle ignition on they will hear a buzzing noise which reminds them to present the Fob to the reader, this is usually located on or by the dashboard near to the driver. When the Fob is presented, the buzzer will stop sounding & their name will be recorded as driving that specific vehicle.
